Mix of pork meat of Italian origin, cured in white wine, salt and pepper, and stuffed into natural casings; versions with or without garlic. Our sausage is distinguished by a coarsely-ground meat, which highlights a perfectly lean meat.
The quality of our sausage can be found primarily after it is cooked since, as there is no liquid added to the mix, the amount of product used remains almost unchanged.
Gluten- and lactose-free; does not contain artificial colourings or preservatives. Therefore, it is called FRESH, with a minimum time of conservation.
