BONDIOLA

Specialties of the Venetian tradition, the appetizing and inviting Bondiola is a valid alternative to the classic sausages to be boiled in a pot.
It is a mixture of pork rind and national pork meat, white wine, salt, pepper flavored with nutmeg and stuffed into a natural pork bladder. The pork bladder is a type of thick gut that requires slow cooking, in this way the fat parts contained in the mixture melt and blend evenly to the lean ones, the result is a sausage with a delicate flavor and exquisite goodness.
