SALAMONA

A valid alternative to classic sausages, “Salamona” is the giant version of little “Salamina” to cut.
A blend of national pork meat mixed with Sangiovese wine and Rhum, dressed with salt and pepper , put into natural bladders, tied manually and seasoned for 60 days at least.
The peculiarity of this product is its pink slices, daisy shaped, which tempt the appetite with their delicious smell and give a touch of tasty originality to every dish.

CASERECCIO SALAMI

Traditionalcountry-made’, medium-ground salami, wrapped with natural pig casings, hand-tied, aged for about 30 days.
Made from cuts of pork meat of Italian origin, mixed with white wine, and flavoured with fresh garlic.
The valuable feature of this product is the mix grinding which highlights the quality of the raw material- selected 100% fat-free meats.
Also available without garlic.

CLASSIC FERRARESE SALAMI

It is called ‘family-type salami’ because it is well known and has been consumed for ages in every Ferrara family. In fact, it is only made in a version in which fresh garlic is added.
Made from medium/finely ground mixes of pork meat of Italian origin, wrapped into natural casings, hand-tied and aged for 30 days on average.

GENTILE SALAMI

Delicate, sweet but tasty, this salami is obtained by grinding selected meat of pork of Italian origin, mixed with white wine, salt and spices; no artificial flavourings added.
Wrapped in natural bovine casing, hand-tied and aged for around 30 days.
